(Coronavirus 2020) ANNOUNCEMENTS FROM THE OWNER:
As a logistics service provider, our moving business is driven by people and provided for people.
We have implemented stricter policies for the Coronavirus to ensure that our employees are able to limit their exposure.
The ultimate purpose of these policies is to protect both our families and yours.
We have fully transitioned to Video-Chat and Phone Estimates in place of in-person appointments.
And, until further notice we have implemented a no-handshake policy. Please do not take offense.
If you have any at risk individuals in your household please let us know at your earliest opportunity.
We are using commonly available video-chat software or conducting very thorough, over the phone estimates.
At KPL if someone gets sick, they stay home.
If you are sick and able to reschedule your move, let’s talk about our options to best serve your needs and keep our communities safe.
We should all work together to prevent the spread of illness.
Please help us follow CDC guidelines and let’s keep our distance. We are at your service, you can just point and we will do the heavy lifting.
We are washing our hands before and after jobs and we are using hand-sanitizer products.
If you can designate a sink/bathroom for our use as a hand-washing station, that would be very helpful.
When the move is over, we recommend wiping down all doorknobs, surfaces, and furniture that we are required to touch during the course of our work.
If you are in a community or that is taking special precautions please let us know.
We will act in full compliance with your community guidelines for a safe and effective move.
We take your health and the health of our employees seriously.
We ask that if you are sick, you please let us know so that we can take appropriate precautions.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
